Anthony Di Leva

Mr. Di Leva is a Director in Marlin Operations Group, Inc., focused on operational due diligence and providing operational support to portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Marlin, he served as a member of the Deals Advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for supporting clients across the technology, media and telecommunications sectors, throughout the deal lifecycle from pre-deal diligence, acquisition/divestiture planning and execution, and post-deal value-creation initiatives.
Prior thereto, Mr. Di Leva worked in various strategy, finance, operations and analysis roles at Qualcomm.
Additionally, he worked as a Consultant in LECG’s forensic accounting and valuation team.
Mr. Di Leva earned his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego and his M.B.A from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
