Prior to co-founding Gatehouse Ventures, Mr. Warrell was a principal with CD Ventures, Berwyn, PA, a private investment firm, where he served as the primary financial resource for the firm and its portfolio companies.
He was also responsible for CD Venture's lender and bank reporting requirements including covenant compliance and quarterly reporting for it portfolio companies.
Before joining CD Ventures, Mr. Warrell was employed by HomeCare and Hospital Management, Inc., Louisville, Ky, as Director of Cash Management and a Senior Analyst with the acquisitions department.
Mr. Warrell serves on the Board of Directors for Connective Holdings, LLC, D'Ambrosio Bakery and Resource Associates Corporation.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Ohio State University.
