Mr. Ricky K.
Kimalat, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Pugh Capital Management, Inc. He is responsible for the firm’s Long Duration product and has over 20 years of experience in investments, asset/liability modeling and tailoring solutions for defined benefit plans.
He frequently contributes to Pugh Capital’s intellectual capital through his quantitative research of issuers, industries, and the markets.
His understanding of Liability Driven Investments (LDI) provides a valuable lens for the portfolio management team.
In addition, Mr. Kimalat is responsible for research coverage of the Build America Bonds (BABs) and Sovereign sectors.

Mr. Kimalat graduated from Bradley University with a B.S.
in Mathematics.
He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a CFA charter holder.
