Mr. Stephen Coffey is a Director-Retail Investments at The Lionstone Group.
Prior to joining The Lionstone Group, Mr. Coffey was Vice President of Leasing, Southwest Region of Brixmor (formerly Centro Properties Group).
In this role he was responsible for the oversight and leasing of approximately 13 million square feet of regional, community and neighborhood shopping centers in six states, including Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.
Mr. Coffey was Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at Cottonwood Financial and has held senior positions with such national retailers as Macy's, Zale Corporation, Golden Corral, Taco Bell, Blockbuster Video and Sally Beauty.
In addition, he spent six years with a boutique investment banking firm and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker License.
Mr. Coffey is a graduate of Baylor University and is a Board Member of the Sanger Education Foundation, Inc.
