Accor has announced the appointment of Laurent Choain as Global Chief People & Culture Officer and member of the Management Board, effective April 1, 2026. He will also serve on the Management Board and the Executive Committee of the Premium, Midscale & Economy division.
Laurent Choain brings over 30 years of experience in human capital development, organizational culture, and leadership training. He has previously held positions at Forvis Mazars, Groupe Caisse d'Épargne (now Groupe BPCE), and Kempinski Hotels & Resorts.

Accor shares are currently trading down more than 4% in Paris.
