Residential developer Alm Equity has broken ground on the Archimedes residential area in Mariehäll, Bromma. This initial construction phase includes the first three blocks—Volta, Vektor, and Axis—comprising a total of 357 apartments destined for the rental market, along with a shared parking garage.
The entire project is expected to encompass approximately 950 apartments across seven blocks. Initial occupancy is scheduled for early 2028. Archimedes is being developed by the associate company Stadsnära Bostäder, in which Alm Equity holds a 40 percent stake, while the turnkey contract is being executed by the subsidiary 2xA Entreprenad. No financial details were disclosed.
