Nestlé India Limited announced that Ms. Krishna Guha Roy, Head - IS/IT & Nestlé Business Excellence (Senior Management Personnel), will be taking on a significant leadership role within Nestlé group, and Mr. Prateek Tripathi, currently Data Governance Lead for the Zone AOA of Nestlé group, has been nominated to succeed Ms. Krishna Guha Roy as Head - IS/IT & Nestlé Business Excellence (Senior Management Personnel) effective from April 1, 2026, subject to approvals. Mr. Prateek Tripathi, aged 45 years, joined Nestlé in the year 2019 and currently serves as Data Governance Lead for the Zone AOA of Nestlé group since February 2025. Prior to this role, he has held several key positions at leading organizations such as GE, Citibank, Parle Agro, and Nielsen.
Mr. Prateek holds Bachelor?s degree in Math - Computer Science - Statistics from Osmania University and PG Diploma in Business Management from Goa Institute of Management, bringing over 21 years of experience to his role. Since joining Nestlé in 2019 as Data Analytics Manager, he has rapidly advanced to becoming the driving force behind Analytics and Data Integration in South Asia Region. Mr. Prateek has been instrumental in enforcing compliance with data governance policies & processes and identifying optimization opportunities across Zone AOA.
With his extensive expertise and significant contributions to the Nestlé group, Mr. Prateek is well slated to lead the IT function of the Company.
