Shareholders in audio technology company Sound Dimension are invited to an extraordinary general meeting on April 7. The meeting will be held digitally via Teams.

The Board of Directors proposes that the meeting resolve on the issuance of 13.5 million warrants to be used for an incentive program for employees and consultants of the company.
