The First Trust Nasdaq Clean Edge Green Energy UCITS ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally, before fees and expenses, to those of an equity index called the Nasdaq Clean Edge Green Energy Index. In order to achieve its investment objective, the investment policy of this Fund is to invest at least 90% of its net assets in a portfolio of equity securities that consists of the equity securities of the Index or in depositary receipts that may include American Depositary Receipts ('ADRs'), Global Depositary Receipts ('GDRs) or European Depositary Receipts ('EDRs') representing securities in the Index where direct investment in a constituent security of the Index is not possible.
