Investment objective

The S&P Global Property 40 provides exposure to 40 leading global property companies. Constituents must have at least US$ 1 billion in total market capitalization as of the semi-annual rebalancing reference dates. To ensure liquidity, constituents must have a minimum three month average daily value traded (ADVT) of US$ 3 million and must trade on developed markets. The index follows a modified market-cap weighted methodology and is designed to provide liquid exposure to leading publicly-traded companies from all developed markets.
