It operates in following segments: Catering, which Offers catering services to public and private organizations; Facility management services, which offers facilities management services to various businesses across a variety of sectors; Manufacturing, which manufactures and distributes clinker and cements; Contracting, which provides tents, shades and mobile halls to customers, building field hospitals and offers a wide range of services including planning, design consultancy and delivery of high end interiors and technologies as well as manages the capital of the group; Investments, which is the investment arm of the group and incubates new businesses; and Others, which includes head office expenses and income not allocated to any segment. Its subsidiaries include Apex Holding LLC, Ras Al Kahaima Cement Co LLC, and Apex Al Wataniah Catering Services LLC, and among others.
