The Company serves its customers primarily located in New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts and portions of eastern Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Vermont. The Company's subsidiaries include Universal Supply Group, Inc., The RAL Supply Group, Inc., and S&A Supply, Inc.
