Costco Wholesale logged higher sales in June across all regions.
The warehouse retailer on Wednesday said sales climbed 8% to $26.44 billion for the five-week period that ended July 6.
Across all locations, same-store sales were up 5.8%. Comparable sales, which account for store openings and closings, rose 4.7% in the U.S. and 6.7% in Canada. Across all other international territories, same-store sales increased 10.9%.
E-commerce sales advanced 11.5%.
Excluding changes in gasoline prices and foreign exchange, overall same-store sales increased 6.2% and e-commerce sales were up 11.2%.
