EduFocal : LEARN) – EduFocal Announces Division Name Updates

EduFocal Limited advises that it has updated the names of its operating divisions to better reflect the company's current scope and strategic direction.

Effective immediately, the company will retire the use of the division names "LEARN" and "Business". EduFocal will now operate under two core divisions:

Education Division - This division encompasses all B2C and B2B education-focused offerings, including Learning Lab (To be renamed EduFocal Academy), Quizzative, CleverSchoolTeacher.com, and partnerships with Ministries of Education across the region. It also includes EduFocal's growing use of AI-powered learning tools to improve outcomes for students and educators from early childhood through tertiary education.

Commercial Division - This division focuses on enterprise and institutional services, including corporate training, cloud-based time and attendance management software, AI-enabled onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement solutions. It also supports EduFocal's expansion into non-EdTech sectors, positioning the company as a broader technology partner to both public and private sector clients.

This naming update does not impact the company's legal structure or shareholding and does not require shareholder action. It is aligned with EduFocal's strategic vision of building a diversified, innovation-driven business.
