The Real Estate segment develops, creates and sell condominiums, villas, commercial units, and plots of land. The leasing and Related activities develops malls and manages malls in addition to retail, commercial and residential areas. The Hospitality segment develops and manages a portfolio of hospitality assets, such as Hotels, serviced residences, golf retreats and yacht clubs, among others. Its portfolio includes properties, such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina, among others.
