Jefferies maintains its buy recommendation on GE Aerospace shares, while raising its target price from $260 to $300.
The broker expects the US group's commercial aircraft equipment business to grow at an average rate of 10% p.a. through 2030, with earnings growth in line with revenue growth.
On this basis, the broker anticipates annual operating income of $12.5bn by 2028, while the company is officially targeting operating income of only $10bn by that date, before reaching $15bn in 2030.
