Its commercial office and retail properties include 221 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario and 321-329 Lakeshore Road, Oakville, Ontario. The Company's investments in forest properties include a 59% equity interest in Haliburton Forest, which owns approximately 100,000 acres of predominantly hardwood freehold timberlands in Haliburton County, Ontario, and over 145,000 acres of predominantly softwood freehold timberlands near Timmins, Ontario. It also owns and operates four hardwood sawmills and a 50% partnership interest in a biochar production facility.
