Hiab's sale of MacGregor to Triton is now expected to be completed by October 1, a delay from the previously announced date of July 1. This information was disclosed in a press release.
All necessary approvals have been obtained except from the Chinese market authority, SAMR.
The delay is not expected to have any significant financial impact on Hiab.
