Kaspi Bank AO, previously Bank Kaspiyskiy AO or Bank Caspian JSC, is a Kazakhstan-based commercial bank. Principal activities of the Kaspi Bank AO are consumer crediting, crediting of the enterprises of small and mid-sized business, as well as cooperation with trading networks and corporate clients. Its primary business consists of trading with securities, foreign currencies and derivative instruments, originating loans and guarantees, personal accounts and commercial banking services, letters of credit, debit and credit cards, money transfers and other. The Company operates through 34 branches and 148 service offices, all located domestically. As of January 1, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was Caspian Financial Group AO with a stake of 88.95%.
