It is engaged in the business of project management, engineering, manufacturing and maintenance of process equipment for the renewable energy, power, utilities, refining and petrochemical industries. The Company's geographical segments consist of Asia and Oceania, which includes Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Australia and Mauritius, and Europe, which includes Germany, Italy, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, British Virgin Islands, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and Isle of Man. Its subsidiary KNM Process Systems Sdn. Bhd. is engaged in design, manufacture, assembly and commissioning of process equipment, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, specialized structural assemblies and module assemblies for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
