The Company primarily includes non-core oil and gas properties located in Arkansas, Colorado, Mississippi, New Mexico, Texas and Wyoming. It interests in approximately 4,720 gross productive wells on approximately 844,700 gross developed acres across its geographical areas. It principally sells its oil and gas production to end users, marketers and other purchasers, which has access to nearby pipeline or rail takeaway.
