Iu, CFA, is a Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager at Burgundy Asset Management Ltd. As Chief Investment Officer, he provides stewardship, guidance, and support to the entire Investment Team while upholding the firm's long-term investment philosophy.
Having invested in small-cap stocks for years in his personal portfolio, he converted a hobby into a career when he previously joined the firm as an Analyst for the Canadian small-cap team.
He continues to manage the Canadian small-cap portfolio today.
Mr. Iu was previously employed as an Analyst by Goldman Sachs Canada, Inc. He received his undergraduate degree from Queen's University.
