Ms. Annika Fridolf is a Co-Head of Direct Property at APN Funds Management Ltd. Ms. Fridolf has substantial experience across all key areas of direct property investment, including acquisitions, asset management and funds management.
Prior to joining APN in 2017, she oversaw a $1bn portfolio of assets across Australia on behalf of CIMB TrustCapital, a Singapore-based investment manager.
In this role she had responsibility for optimizing asset performance and investment outcome, and also helped source and acquire over $300m worth of new office properties.
Before moving to Australia in 2011, Ms. Fridolf worked for LaSalle Investment Management in Singapore where she assisted with the management of two US$3.7bn opportunistic funds invested across Asia-Pacific.
She was also based in the United States for several years as the Vice President of Acquisition for Resource Real Estate, a national property investor.
Her experience spans across all property sectors, but with a particular expertise in office and multifamily (“build-to-rent”) assets.
Annika holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Gothenburg University (Sweden), majoring in finance.
