Dr. Geller is a leading cardiologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
Currently, he serves as the Director of the Arrhythmia Service and the Director of the Cardiac Electrophysiology Laboratory at University Hospitals in Magdeburg, Germany.
He sits on the advisory board for Conexus Financial Partners.
Dr. Geller was a post-doctoral fellow in cellular electrophysiology at Columbia University, NY and in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH.
He was also a fellow in Cardiology at the University of Bonn, Germany specializing in 2-D echocardiography, pacemaker therapy, and heart catheterization.
He is a member of the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology, the American Heart Association Basic Science Council, the European & German Societies of Cardiology, and the New York Academy of Science.
His major research interests include: Basic Mechanisms of Cardiac Arrhythmias, Pharmacologic and Device-based Therapy of Arrhythmias, and Catheter Ablation, arrhythmia treatment.
Dr. Geller received his medical degree from the University of Bonn, Germany.
He wrote his habilitation about the Mechanisms of Cardiac Repolarization and their Contribution to Arrhythmogenesis.
