Presently, E. Robert Lupone holds the position of Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer & Executive VP at Textron, Inc. Mr. Lupone is also on the board of Providence Performing Arts Center, Brown Alumni Association, Brown Annual Fund and TRU Simulation + Training Canada, Inc. and Member-Business Law Sections at American Bar Association, Member of Association of Corporate Counsel, Member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Member of Council of Chief Legal Officers and Member of Aerospace General Counsel's Group. In his past career he occupied the position of Attorney at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, Attorney at Rogers & Wells, Vice President & General Counsel of Price Communications Corp. and General Counsel-Americas Region at Siemens AG and Secretary, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Siemens Corp. (a subsidiary of Siemens AG). Mr. Lupone received an undergraduate degree from Brown University and a graduate degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
