The Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Industry & Commerce is the primary business organization representing approximately 600 member companies across sectors including services, manufacturing, import/export, and distribution. The non-profit company is based in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. It provides advocacy, lobbying, and representation on national economic and policy issues, and includes a dedicated Tobago division focused on the business community in Tobago. The chamber offers services such as issuing certificates of origin for exports, mediation and arbitration, facility rentals, and a group medical plan. Members benefit from a value-added programme with cost savings and discounts on insurance, accommodations, office furnishings, digital marketing, and training resources. The chamber runs the Business Insight Series with expert presentations and interactive sessions, and organizes events such as the annual Champions of Business Awards. It fosters sectoral development and policy advocacy through standing committees addressing areas like crime and justice, digital business, environmental governance, employment relations, food security, healthcare, SME development, and the creative economy. The chamber is affiliated with the International Chamber of Commerce and has helped establish national institutions such as the Dispute Resolution Centre and Crime Stoppers Trinidad and Tobago. It is certified as an official training facility by the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service.
