Mr. Jose A. Valente is a Head of Research & Strategy at JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd. His main focus is continuing to build JPMorgan Asset Management's real estate capabilities in Europe by forecasting local economic and property performance, identifying strategic investment opportunities and working to achieve real estate investment objectives for institutional and high net worth investors.
Prior to his appointment at JP Morgan, Mr. Valente was Head of Investment Strategy for Allianz Real Estate since 2007.
Previously, he was the Global Head of Research at DTZ.
