Trust and Bank of America in February 2008, Mr. Lewis had been Chief Executive Officer, Bank of America Corporation, Charlotte, North Carolina.

He also served as Chief Operating Officer from October 1999 to April 2001.

Mr. Lewis earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgia State University, and is a graduate of the Executive Program at Stanford University.
