Madison Tawse

Madison is the Human Resources Assistant at Dane Creek Capital Corp.
She is focused on full-cycle recruitment, policy and procedure implementation, employee relations and supporting DCCC and the portfolio companies in all human resources related activities.
Prior to joining DCCC, Madison worked for Skyjack Inc. a division of the Linamar Corporation as a Human Resources Assistant where she gained experience providing HR support in a fast-paced and high-volume manufacturing environment.
Madison holds two degrees, a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) – International Business Management from Conestoga College, specializing in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Business Management (Honours) from the Institute of Technology Carlow.
In her spare time Madison enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors hiking, camping and boating with her friends, family and two dogs: a golden retriever named Tegan and weimaraner named Samson.
