Prior to joining the team, Mr. Saddington worked in various executive roles.
In Australia, his roles included Portfolio Manager at Millinium Capital Managers, and Partner and Portfolio Manager at Global Value Investors, where he co-headed the Global Value Investors from inception, and spearheaded the company’s push into ESG, becoming an early signatory of UNPRI.
Overseas roles included Senior Investment Analyst at Scottish Widows (UK), Vice President, Equity Analyst at The Boston Company Asset Management (USA), and EAFE Equity Analyst at Fiera Capital (Sceptre Investment Counsel, Canada).
Mr. Saddington first started analysing and investing in global equities in 1998, at the beginning of the dot-com bubble.
Since then, he has accrued vast experience investing and constructing portfolios through numerous cycles.
He has extensive experience in the Consumer Staples, Consumer Discretionary, IT and Healthcare sectors, and has specialised in analysing small and midcap companies.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishops University (in Finance and Economics) and his Master of Business Administration from McGill University (in International Finance).
