Mónica Gutiérrez joined SALT Venture Parnters in 2020 assuming the role of Finance Director.
She is responsible for maximizing the data available for corporate management and optimizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial analysis, forecasting, budgets, policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.
Before joining SALT Venture Partners, Monica served as the Financial Planning Manager at Ilumno.
Improving the budgeting process of partner Higher Education Institutions, through the development of models to increase the focus on the integration of financial planning through the implementation and use of an analytical tool.
She has served as Quality Manager and Administrative and Financial Manager; Using her vision and leadership of the company to determine the optimal financial investment strategies to ensure its growth both in the short and long term, he was also responsible for monitoring the budget across the company and meeting with members of the steering committees to determine the feasibility and cost of the different projects.
Monica has a professional degree as a Business Administrator improving her knowledge by completing a Master of Financial Management at OBS Business School.
