Mr. Vincent is Chairman of the Technical Committee on Steel Structures for Buildings for CSA Standard S16.1-01 "Limit States Design of Steel Structures", Vice Chairman of the Technical Sub-Committee on Structural Steel for CSA Standard S6-00 "Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code" and a Member of the Technical Committee on Cold-Formed Steel Structural Members for CSA Standard S136-01 "North American Specification for the Design of Cold-Formed Steel Structural Members" and the CSA Strategic Steering Committee on Structures.
He received a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University in 1968.
