Mr. Robert J.
Head is a Senior Vice President & Distinguished Research Fellow of Fixed Income at Foyston, Gordon & Payne, Inc. He joined the firm in 1998 as a Fixed Income Trader.
Mr. Head leads the Fixed Income team and manages FGP’s overall fixed income strategies.
He is also a member of FGP's Investment Committee.
Mr. Head's career began in 1990 at The Equitable Life Insurance Company of Canada, first in the actuarial department then as a trader, analyst, and fixed income portfolio manager.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.
