Mr. Shaji O.
John is a Senior Vice President & Portfolio Manager at Victory Capital Management, Inc. He is responsible for managing growth strategies.
Before joining Pioneer Investments, which was formerly known as Amundi US, and was acquired by Victory Capital in 2025, Mr. John worked at JT Venture Partners, a technology focused venture capital firm as a Managing General Partner.
He was also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IBRIX, Inc., a scalable file storage software company that was acquired by Hewlett Packard in 2009.
Previously, he worked as an Equity Research Analyst at MFS Investment Management, and Fidelity Management and Research Company.
Early in his career, Mr. John was a software engineer at the General Electric Company.
He holds a B.E.
in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, an M.S.
in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
