Prior to joining GrandBanks Capital, Mr. Wong was a technology investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he worked on developing, analyzing and executing mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, including the $1 billion IPO of WebMD Health, the $11 billion LBO of SunGard Data Systems, the share reclassification of Agere Systems and the $3 billion sale of Texas Instruments' sensors and controls business.
Mr. Wong earned a BA in Economics and Psychology from Williams College in 2004, where he was an actor, member of the student government and co-founder of a student website assisting students in course selection through faculty feedback.
He also studied abroad at Oxford University.
