Tom Stocks is the founder of Elston Capital Partners, LLC.

Immediately prior to forming ECP, Tom served as a managing director with Starboard Capital Partners, an investment group based in Southport, CT.
Tom's earlier experience includes operating experience as the CEO of The Park Corporation, investing and capital raising at The Buckingham Group and Trivest, Inc. as well as several years of financial experience including three CFO positions in middle market companies and earlier junior positions at Fortune 500 companies.
Tom attended Wabash College and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
