Mr. Ladner joined FAM in May 2004.
While still in college, he held a computer programming position with Cisco Systems.
After graduating from UNC, Mr. Ladner continued in his position with Cisco Systems until taking a job with Infosys Technologies as a computer programmer where he was selected to work on an Equities Trade Comparison Process modernization project for the American Stock Exchange.
Mr. Ladner left Infosys to take a position at Credit Suisse First Boston in interest rate derivatives trading technology where he worked until joining FAM.
Mr. Ladner received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000 where he was graduated early and was among the 1% of students honored with admittance to the Honors Program as a freshman.
While at UNC, Mr. Ladner performed research on "neural networks" and "compiler theory".
