The Company owns a 100% interest in the Ivy Property, a copper-gold property in northeastern Nevada, United States. The property consists of approximately 108 unpatented mining claims located within the Contact Mining District in northeastern Elko County, Nevada. Its Willow property is located in the northern Snake Mountains approximately, 30 miles north-northwest of the town of Wells, Nevada. The property lies within a potential new gold belt in northeastern Nevada.
