Electrolux de Chile SA, formerly CTI SA, is a Chile-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of household appliances. The Company's activities are divided into two business segments: Major household appliances, which focuses on the production of refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, cookers and heaters, among others, and Small household appliances, which is responsible for the manufacture of microwaves, blenders, irons and vacuum cleaners, among others. The Company distributes products nationwide under own brand names, such as Fensa, Mademsa and Somela. It also exports goods to Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela, among others. The Company operates a number of subsidiaries, such as Somela SA, Frimetal SA and CST Central de Servicios Tecnicos Ltda. It is indirectly controlled by Electrolux AB through Inmobiliaria e Inversiones Icon Ltda.
