Dof Installer AS is a Norway-based provider of industry-related offshore activities to the global oil and gas sector. The Company owns and operates a fleet of offshore and subsea vessels, and owns the engineering capacity to service the subsea market. The Company’s fleet consists of three 108 by 24-meter Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel (AHTS) with extreme capacities, which is under construction with planned deliveries from 2009 until 2011. All of the vessels with 350-ton Bollard Pull are of the Aker 04 CD design, made to perform the towing of floating rigs, anchor handling and setting suction anchors on sea depths. In addition, the vessels have ROV-hangars and are equipped with 250-ton offshore cranes.
