Enssolutions Group, Inc. (Enssolutions) manufactures and sells pine rosin-based emulsion that act as binders or adhesives to stabilize soils and control particulate matter. The Company operates under two geographic operating segments: Canada and the U.S. The Company provides engineered environmental solutions for mine tailings control, process dust and erosion control, granular stabilization, road construction/maintenance and stockpile sealing. The Company's emulsion is marketed as TOP in the United States and as Entac in Canada to a range of industrial and commercial market demands. The Company's production facilities are located in Beamsville, Ontario and Glendale, Arizona. Its emulsion is manufactured utilizing a by-product of the pulp and paper industry, which Enssolutions emulsifies in water using various additives to meet specific customer needs. Enssolutions' cleantech pitch-based product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, does not leach and is not water soluble.
