Financière Marjos operates in France and in other countries, on its own behalf and through a number of affiliated companies, with the following activities: - creating, installing, acquiring, and operating, in any and all forms, all types of manufacturing, sales, leasing, and service companies, with no limitations or restrictions, in all branches of industry and commerce. This is done by creating companies or providing support to already-existing companies, by acquiring shares, through mergers, by forming associations and/or economist interest groups, and in all other ways; - general financial, administrative, and IT management, as well as administration of its real estate holdings, and more generally all commercial, real estate, asset-related, and financial operations directly or indirectly connected to the activities described above.
