HitecVision AS is a Norway-based private equity firm. It provides capital and competence to growth companies in the oil and gas sector. The Firm manages three private equity funds with a total committed capital base of USD 1.4 billion. Its investor base comprises Norwegian and international financial institutions, pension funds, fund-of-funds, endowments and family offices. Over 50% of the capital in its latest funds is committed by investors outside of Norway. It has acquired, invested in or established more than 100 companies, exited over 70, and listed seven companies. Its portfolio companies are technology companies supplying advanced solutions and services to the oil and gas sector; independent oil companies; and traditional oil service businesses. It is a member of the Norwegian Venture Capital Association (NVCA).
