Nuenergy Holdings Bhd is a Malaysia-based company. The Company is engaged in providing solar system that can be integrated into the building from the initial stages or retrofitted to an existing building. The principal activities of its subsidiaries and associated companies includes solar renewable energy businesses, investments in warehousing and logistics businesses. It operates two solar power plant in Malaysia, 1 megawatt alternating current (MWac) Solar Power Plant in Seberang Perai, Penang and 10 MWac Solar Power Plant in Bukit Kayu Hitam - LSS1, through its subsidiaries, EVN Vision Sdn Bhd and IL Solar Sdn Bhd. The Company operates a total capacity of 11 MWac of solar plants in Malaysia.
