Investimentos e Participacoes em Infraestrutura SA INVEPAR is a Brazil-based holding company. Invepar is focused on investments in transportation infrastructure concessions, mainly in the Highways, Airports and Urban Mobility segments. The Highways segment manages and operates the highway sections established in the respective concession agreements, through the collection of tolls and non-tariff revenues; the Airports segment operates the GRU Airport in Guarulhos, while the Urban Mobility segment is responsible for the operation of the Rio de Janeiro Light Rail system. The Company’s subsidiaries include Linea Amarilla Brasil Participacoes SA Lambra, Aeroporto De Guarulhos Participacoes SA and Concessionaria Br 040 SA.
