MECOM Power and Construction Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the steel structures business. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Steel Structures Business segment is mainly engaged in the sale and processing of new material steel structures. The segment is also engaged in the leasing of steel structures business. The Construction Business segment is mainly engaged in the provision of construction services, including construction and fitting out works, high voltage power substation construction and its system installation works, electrical and mechanical engineering services works, and provision of facilities management services. The Electric Vehicles (EV) business segment is mainly engaged in the provision of EV related services, including provision of EV charging services; distribution of EVs; design, production, sales and marketing of EVs and EV charging systems; manufacturing and production of battery packs as well as others.
