Pacer Health Corp is a subsidiary of Pacer Corporation, which owns and operates facilities in the medical industry. The Company is comprised of acute care hospitals, medical treatment centers, and skilled nursing facilities that service non-urban areas throughout the Southeast United States. The Company's staffing division recruits doctors, nurses and other allied health professionals for hospital and medical treatments centers across the United States. The Company has managed and owned numerous facilities, including: two acute care hospitals, a skilled nursing facility, a psychiatric facility, a rural health clinic, a psychiatric doctor's office, and a multi-specialty clinic and imaging center.
