Per Åhlgren, chairman of the board and major shareholder of the brokerage firm Mangold, has further expanded his portfolio by acquiring additional shares in the company. Between September 16 and 19, Åhlgren purchased 82 shares at an average price of SEK 1,960 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of SEK 160,700. The purchase was executed on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to disclosures in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider registry.
Following this transaction, Åhlgren now holds a total of 137,948 shares, representing 29.30 percent of both the capital and voting rights in Mangold, based on data from the shareholder service Holdings. Over the past year, Åhlgren has steadily increased his stake in the company through multiple share purchases.
