Aditi Thapliyal

Ms. Aditi Thapliyal, CFA MBA, is a Portfolio Manager at Hamilton Capital Partners, Inc. She is responsible for assisting in the management of the firm’s ETFs with an emphasis on bottom-up security selection and fundamental equity research.
Prior to joining Hamilton ETFs in 2018, Ms. Thapliyal spent almost 10 years on the buy and sell-sides covering the global financial services sector, specializing in Europe and Asia.
Most recently, in the role of Global Equity Analyst, she helped manage the financial sector allocation of the equity funds for a leading Canadian asset manager.
There she provided analytical coverage of the global financials and REIT sector.
Ms. Thapliyal began her career in equity research in India where she covered the Indian financials sector including banks, insurers, and diversified financial institutions for almost 6 years.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
