Agatha Poon

Ms. Agatha Poon is a Senior Research Analyst at 451 Research LLC.
She joined 451 Research in April 2010, bringing more than 15 years of experience as a market research professional and expertise in cloud computing and business transformation strategies.
She is instrumental in providing support for advisory service engagements and leads the research program in the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular focus on cloud services and digital strategies.
Ms. Poon was previously employed as a Research Manager by Tier 1 Research, a Senior Analyst by Yankee Group Research, Inc. for more than 10 years, tracking a wide range of research topics including managed services, IP telephony, WAN optimization, application acceleration, cloud computing deployment models and cloud management solutions.
Before Yankee Group, she worked as a Research Analyst in Frost & Sullivan's Telecommunications Service group, where she primarily focused on network access technologies.
She has a high degree of familiarity with the Greater China and Japanese markets, having spent time in these areas during her career.
She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio University and an MBA from The Ohio University.
